The Knox County Sheriff's Office Major Crimes Unit is investigating an apparent homicide that occurred early Saturday morning on Missoula Way, according to a news release. The victim, 30-year-old Cody James Sustman of Knoxville, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the Sheriff's Office.
